Training intentional change through mind, body & spirit

Heather’s fitness journey has encompassed various disciplines, including Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Powerlifting competitions. Throughout this journey, she discovered that her greatest weakness lay in the lack of mental strength. It was through a series of failures, continuous trials, and errors that she understood the importance of perseverance. She learned that true success was achieved through the combination of hard work, dedicated time, and consistent effort, which formed the bedrock of her understanding of what true strength means.

Heather's objective is to guide individuals towards optimal health by focusing on fundamental movement and strength practices. Her aim is to assist them in reaching their full potential, enabling peak performance across all aspects of their lives.
